needed :
1- j7 null imei
2- z3x box
3- usb data cable
5- odin 3.09 or higher
6- laptop or computer
process :
1- extract CF auto root file
2- put device into download mode ( press and hold power button + vol down + home )
3- open odin , press on PDA and select root file
4- press start button
5- enable USB debugging ( about phone / build number click on it 7 time then go to developer options
6- open samsung tool and select your device
7- now select repair and type imei (Start with 359 No matter the rest write anything) and click on repair
8 - will message appearing click on yes
its done

Where should I extract cf zip file. Sorry but you ain't clear on your explanation. Make yourself clear please. According to the steps we don't know whether we should work on the laptop or on the phone.
